Can One Send a Letter To Bishop Kallistos (Ware)?

Hey Andreas Sup!

It wouldn't hurt to try. Orthodox Bishops are supposed to be accessible to the people they shepherd.

Give it a try. I once wrote to an Orthodox Bishop and received a very prompt response.

Just remember to be very careful with your spelling as he is a university professor. ;)
