I just received this from Fr. Panagiotes Carras, of the email group from Orthodoxyinfo.org:

According to an announcement on the web site of True Orthodox Church of Greece under Archbishop Kallinikos, Metropolitan Moses of Portland and Bishop Sergius of Loch Lomand will be received into the Synod of the TOC of Greece.  Metropolitan Moses will be received tomorrow, Saturday, May 14th at the Monastery of St. Nicholas in Paiania, Attica.  Bishop Sergius will be received on Sunday, May 15th at the Cathedral of St. Athanasius, new Philadelphia, Attica.  They will also become members of the American Eparchial Synod.
We wish Metropolitan Moses and Bishop Sergius, God's strength.
The announcement can be found at: http://www.ecclesiagoc.gr/el/anakoinwseis/143-proshorisis-arhierewn

Does this mean that they have left the jurisdiction of HOCNA?

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;

According to Fr. Panagiotes, "Metropolitan Ephraim convinced his obedient followers, Metropolitan Makarios and Bishop Demetrios, to subscribe to the unorthodox teachings of Awake Sleeper, to form an independent Church with himself as its head and to expel Metropolitan Moses and Bishop Sergius from the Synod."   So they were not part of HONCA when they applied to the True Orthodox Church of Greece under Archbishop Kallinikos.

All this alphabet soup stuff is confusing. I'm used to seeing the group they're going to called GOC or HOTCA. When I saw TOC in the title my first thought was: "Wait! So they're going to Met. Cyprian's group now!?"  Tongue

It's a pity it wasn't a collective decision by the HOCNA as a whole :-/.

Metropolitan Moses and Bishop Sergios Black are both homosexuals. I am sorry that we live in such atrocious times. People like this never should have been consecrated. Homosexuals and Ecumenists are ruining Orthodoxy for the rest of us.
