I started thinking after seeing the "liturgy and judaism" thread.

What consisted of Temple worship in Judaism during and before Christ's time? Was there structured liturgical services like we in the Orthodox Church have now? What did worship in the Jewish Temple look like?

The answer to one of your questions is yes, the worship of the Temple was highly structured and formalised.

Presb. Jeannie Constantinou's podcast Search the Scriptures (available through ancientfaithradio) deals with what the worship of the Temple looked like in her series on Leviticus.

Not sure it will answer all your questions, but I think it would make a good starting point.

The Episcopallian road is easy and wide, for many go through it to find destruction. lol sorry channeling Isa.
