There are a few things going on- and I know I'm far from a regular poster around here- but I could really use any prayers.
1) My husband has a genetic condition and the doctors aren't sure where to go with his meds right now. It's stressful for both of us- him more so than me.
2) Also, I dislike my career. Whenever I manage to change my attitude and deal with things as they come- something worse happens- but really- it's just a bad fit for me and I can't keep doing this for too much longer (eleven years of being miserable). I plan on getting out, and I intend to go back to school this fall for another degree, but I'll still be dealing with my current job until the degree is finished.
3) The above- plus the normal amount of daily and family stress- is really combining to get to me mentally (and I've never been accused of being a Pollyanna at the best of times).
I'm just really down right now.

I know you asked for prayers, not pop psychology, but I hope you are able to realise what a great job you've been doing these past eleven years. You have valiantly borne the cross you have been given and also shared in your husband's burden, most certainly lightening it.
Please don't be hard on yourself, if you sometimes find yourself doing just that. You are fighting the good fight!
May the Lord have mercy and help you turn this corner.

O Lord Jesus Christ, Son and Word of the Living God, through the prayers of Thy Most Pure Mother and of all the saints, have mercy on Thy handmaiden granting her peace, health, and salvation.

It is an education process for me as I learn about the psychology of spiritual apostasy. And others get the benefit of perhaps hearing righteousness for the first time.

No longer posting due to the Pharisaical behavior of a number of posters here who are more concerned with the letter rather than the spirit of the law.
