 Please pray for Mary in County Kerry in Ireland, she is the greatly beloved wife of a devout Orthodox believer, and is herself a Roman Catholic. She is a mother of two lovely young children and is also is expecting another baby. Sadly, Mary, who is a wonderful warm and loving person and a great wife and mother is now in intensive care following some severe neurological problems. We are praying that she will emerge from the induced coma, and be restored to health and vigour. Prayers are greatly required, and many are praying to St Nicholas to intercede. As well as of course directly to Our Lord Jesus Christ and his blessed Mother the Virgin Theotokos. Blessed St Nicholas the Wonder Worker we humbly ask you to intercede for Mary Blessed Virgin Theotokos we humbly ask that you intercede for Mary Rejoice, O Pantanessa, healing our ailments by grace Lord Jesus Christ Son of God have mercy upon Mary, please restore her to health and vigour. |

Many many thanks for all your prayers. After prayers started in earnest, for which you all are to be thanked for contributing. Mary defied all the predictions of her neurologists and showed signs of consciousness. She proceeded to become fully conscious and within a matter of 10 days from her lowest point it was clear that she was 'undamaged' ie could speak and walk and had movement in her hands and arms. The neurologists expressed disbelief and her nurses described it as miraculous. We are certainly not disagreeing with that assessment. We thank the Lord Jesus Christ for his mercy, his blessed Mother the Virgin Theotokos, and beloved St Nicholas for his intercessions. Glory be to God! Glory be to his Blessed Mother! Glory be to all the Saints!
