Kizilay, the Red Crescent in Turkey, sent eight tons of food aid to the Greek Orthodox community in Beyoglu district this week.

From the article:
Quote
(Kızılay Chairman Tekin Küçükali) stated: “As a group we do not believe that pain has a religion, color or race. Pain is pain. The Turkish Red Crescent Society was established to prevent pain and suffering in our nation..."

 Huh Huh

What aid would the Greeks in turkey Require and why.....Reading the Article
must mean, there's major discrimination against them in employment, that
the Red Crescent had to step in and help ,to prevent a world outcry of letting some of there
population starve to death or something.....Just thinking out loud here....

Other Paper's never mentioned anything about their dire needs.... Huh

Isn't the Turkish Economy prospering, i mentioned
in another thread that there coming back into the Balkans
and investing heavily , including building a major highway
Thur Serbia to transport there Good's thur out the balkans......

Not a surprising news when we remember that the general election is approaching.  Grin

Government-affiliated organizations do such works of charity because most of the Turks (undereducated ones) support a party in return for financial contributions/provisions. I hope the Greek minority in Turkey is clever and mature enough not to sell their votes.

Most Muslims consider this a sign of Islamic superiority and the supposed triumph of the "crescent" over the cross.

Another interesting recent article from the same newspaper:

Isn't it more interesting that an Islamist party rushes to grant Christian minorities their rights?  Grin

BTW, the newspaper in question belongs to an anti-Christ named Gulen. It is rather saddening to see a priest of the EP speak highly of the Islamist party in Turkey, which supports Neo-Ottomanism. When I see these kinds of things, I feel a strong desire to be an "unchurched" Christian.  Cry
