I found video of this neat Western rite parish in New York. It is a Spanish Orthodox church that uses the Mozarabic rite.   Does anybody know what jurisdiction they are under?

IIRC, they are under the Milan Synod, which has been undergoing its own schisms as of late. :/ Sadly, not too shocking there.
