Is it sung in it's native Language, other than english......I would prefer listening to it in it's native Language ... English loses somthing..... I agree that this great hymn is better presented in other recordings, like this one sung by the monks of the monastery of St. Anthony in California. |

It is sung in English. Many recordings are available in Coptic, like this one, though that particular version also has instrumentation. There is a much more traditional version here (near the bottom). |

If your Going to Make a video isn't there plenty of Beautiful eastern and Oriental ikons, one can add to the video...the western images turned me off on the video...But i did take another lisen with the web page collapsed not to be distracted .the woman and the guy did have a good voice..........The singing was Good......So on a scale of one to ten, I give it a six...  thanks for ur encouraging words
