Street walking cheetah with a heart full of napalm

« on: April 02, 2011, 12:55:24 AM »

After many consultations with the clergy at the parish I attend, we recently set a date for my Baptism (it's soon!).  While I'm very excited at the prospect of being received into the Church, I believe I have many unresolved issues, and that my doubts concerning the Christian faith and aspects of Orthodoxy have recently magnified.

Please pray for me, along with the others to be received, as we approach these important dates.  Also, if it is in accordance with God's will, pray that my patron saint be revealed to me.  I will be baptized as John.

Thanks very much.

If inclined to read or comment, a link to my alternate thread regarding my concerns (non-Prayer Forum) can be found here: http://www.orthodoxchristianity.net/forum/index.php/topic,34909.new.html#new
