Whenever someone posts under the Moderated status, it doesn't update the front page under recent posts nor dos it show in a forum sub-section of a new post. just FYI

It is a problem with the mod.  Once the forum is updated to 2.x (where moderation and warnings is built into the vanilla forum) it shouldn't be an issue anymore.
