Help with mp3 to iTunes?!

Hey y'all,

 I really want to download the content from philokalia.org onto my iTunes library but have no clue as to how to do that.  Seeing that most of you are way smarter at this sort of thing than moi, would any of you be willing to share your knowledge as to how to do that?  Remember, I'm pretty much a Luddite with this subject so you might wanna use baby words (I'm only half kidding! LOL  )  For Holy Nativity, my wonderful fiance bought an iPod Nano for me.  It's the coolest thing ever, but honestly, I sit and stare at it like a monkey looking at a book.    Thanks a million!

What sections particularly would you like to download?
Most content seems to go like so: You choose the the book from the left side, then click on a link of each part, which takes you to a black page showing the play bar where you listen.
What you'll do is right click a link that would normally take you to a black page with a play bar and select "save link as" or "save target as" depending on your internet browser. Then name is file and choose where on your computer you want to save it.
Then open Itunes and use the "add file" option from the file menu.

For example: Left side click the link "Practical Teaching on the Christian Life - Abba Dorotheos".
Once on that page right click on "Lesson One" and choose either "save target as" or "save link as"
Name and choose location of the saved file.
Then add the file to Itunes.

Does this make sense?

You have to Have the Latest I=tunes on your computer first...Plug The Mp=3 Player In the Usb port ,it should Open I-tunes up on your computer....As soon as Itune Recognizes your Mp=3 Player it wll show up in itunes....When it does you can click on it not the eject but to the left of it same line, and it will give you  a option by scrolling down the page to manage your Music Manually  if you want you can check the box for that and if you do.... then you can right cliick where your mp-3 is sowing up in itunes to create a folder for your mp=3 Player and it will appear a little below and you can name the folder favorite music if you want ...then click on the folder to expand it  and drag your mp=3  music files to it, and it should appear in your mp-3 player but synce your player with itunes ,or just click the music files ,or file in your favorite folder that showing in itune and that will synce it to your Player..... to disconnect your player from i tunes don't just unpluge it ..click eject to disconnect it the right way....Any more Question just ask....
