The Slippery Slope of Modalism

« on: March 06, 2011, 01:36:18 AM »

Many personal losses of folks I know in the last 96 hours have drained me down and have allowed some lingering concussive symptoms to reemerge.

Tons of nausea and vomiting the last few hours. Typically when that happens, I sleep for at least 12 hours once I find sleep and not even the most obnoxious of calamity can awake me and the medicine that provides me relief pretty much makes certain I cannot wake no matter what, so I have no recourse to it tonight.

In less than nine hours I *have* to be present at the Divine Liturgy.

Please pray that I make it.

Truly heartfelt thanks.

I hope you are able to make it. Sorry I won't be able to be there to give my "amen" when Fr Steven prays over you.

"Lord have mercy."  I've lost more friends and fellow parishioners during February, 2011 than any month of my life, by far.

The Slippery Slope of Modalism

« Reply #8 on: March 06, 2011, 09:42:26 AM »

Thanks everyone. Just wanted to thank quickly. My neighbors decided to carnivale last night or something so I didn't even get to sleep till 5:30.

Prayer and a phone call from one of the members has me on my way out the door.

Thanks again!
