Do you know if the renovations on this wonderful little Church have been completed yet? These were not 'renovations' but 'construction works'. They were completed (at least externally, IDK what is happening inside that Church because I visited it once a few years ago). I would love to see more pictures of this Church! Try typing Zaścianki or Zaściankach (the name of the village the Church is in, the second one is a locative case) it the searchbox here. |

This was taken today, Saturday evening at Vespers. The Cross was about to be brought out (3rd Sunday of Great Lent - Sunday of the Cross).
It was a cloudy day and the church was dark. However, when the priest opened the Royal Gates, all of a sudden a shaft of sunlight broke through the clouds and shining through a window illuminated the flower bedecked Cross, lying on the Altar.
There was an audible gasp from the faithful, for the Cross seemed to "glow", and it was the ONLY thing that the sun was shining on.
