I was going to say I'd like to take a sailing trip on those lakes (if it were possible), but since they're methane, they probably smell awful.  ;D

Methane doesn't smell, but it does kill.

Funny how fantasy maps are always left justified.

That map is right justified, though?

I'm going to need this.

Is it? I guess I can't tell the difference on a non-text.

Yeah. A left justified map would have the ocean on the left. (as if it was mimicking western Europe)

I'm going to need this.

Now that is a picture of the day. It's gorgeous.

Thanks, Biro!  It was just after Vespers last Saturday.  Our bishop, His Grace Bishop Daniel, was in town to help us celebrate our Parish Feast Day - Protection of the Mother of God (which technically is tomorrow, but, His Grace was already booked for next Sunday).  Since it was a Feast day for the Theotokos everything was "blue" themed...and I was tickled when I actually found a dozen BLUE roses, which I mixed in with the white.  I'm glad you like the photo!  It was a great weekend!

I agree. I took the message as a general statement. Though, I'd like to think that there have been societies/cultures that at one point or another didn't strongly exude these qualities.

I didn't make the poster, so stop quibbling!  ;D

It's not possible to truly grieve for someone you don't know personally, whether a celebrity or the starving masses (a million is a statistic). Only Christ discerns the true costs of sin. Though, yes our priorities in terms of ideals are terribly screwed up (and always have been).

At the end of the day I'm in a fairly unique situation, though I personally, at this moment in time, don't know what to do, I mean, with all due respect, absolutely, it's a nightmare, and I shouldn't of got involved 24/7 with it. But I figured it's not rocket science, so what's the big deal?

You can't miss a non-existent target.

The other day, one of the celebrity supporters (who all make millions) was dumbfounded when someone from Fox pointing out that said celebrity himself had a credit card company which charged hefty fees.
