The true priest has the humility to acknowledge that he is always being instructed, katekhoumenos, in the unending wisdom of the Gospel.

Do the liturgical traditions with confession during a Vigil confess during the Six Psalms? This seems to me like it would be wrong.

They can be very annoying as well. I doubt whether there exists a sound more annoying than that of crying of a baby.

I love that moment when I cross myself for some reason, and start to say a pre-meal prayer instead of whatever I was really intending. Like occasionally when I pass a church, I'll cross myself and start to say, "O Christ our God, bless the food and drink..."

Reading some of my older posts (or newer ones, for that matter) often embarasses me; usually because they were too hot-tempered, nonsensical or a combination of both. Interesting how opinions can sometimes change or become more nuanced over times. I could start quite a few debates with my former self on some of the older threads, but that would look schizophrenic. The me of two years ago isn't completely unrecognisable, we still agree on quite some issues, especially the larger ones, but still.

I swear that the Christians are becoming the dumbest people in the world ... and so on, should be the Christ, a Christian, or a Christian, not God. @ # $ ^ Why else does the bathroom.

Here it is in Igbo for ZZ:

One day we will talk about why people fetishize children, but for now I'll keep on the side of humanity that doesn't think the height of life is a drinking a juice box and eating a tater tot while defecating in their pants.

I filtered it through Arabic, Armenian, Igbo, Greek, Danish, Tagalog, French, Spanish, and back to English.  Not sure if it was in that order, but close.

I am burning to say this and it looks like a good place:

I swear that people who become Christians are the dumbest people on the planet... So, become Christian or Christ-like, not A Christian, not God's b!@#$^ because otherwise you get flushed down the toilet of history.

All religious people are morons. But then again non-religious people are morons too. Might just abbreviate it to people are morons. Oh well.
