We Catholics have the Rosary and a myriad of Chaplets. Eastern Orthodoxy has the Chotki and the Lestovka.
What about the Oriental Orthodoxes? I believe the Ethiopian Orthpdox Church has prayer staffs, but I can't find much on them.

I'm pretty sure the Ethiopians have their own style of prayer beads.
