Prayer request
« on: May 06, 2004, 02:13:02 PM »
A patient of the doctor I work for was diagnosed with brain cancer a few months ago. Unfortunately he is not in very well.. since he is Greek Orthodox I thought we should all remember him in our prayers. ( not that I wouldnt pray for if he wasnt Orthodox.. but you know what i mean....)

His name is Tassos.

Thank you.

I will pray for Tassos and may he be comforted and healed.

An old timer is a man who's had a lot of interesting experiences -- some of them true.

Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.

Prayers for Tassos.  May he and everyone else afflicted with sickness find consolation in Christ, the one true physician of souls and bodies.

What David said... lots of prayers.
Now where were we? Oh yeah - the important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn’t have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...
