Odd, I was just looking for one last night.  Let me try to track some down...

Convent of St. Elizabeth: http://www.conventofsaintelizabeth.org/byzicons/print/print.html

I'm having trouble finding this one:

I'll edit this post when I find the others.

Thank you very much! I bow before your google-fu, which far surpasses mine! :)  :)

Unfortunately, mine's poor as well.  Glad I could help a bit though.  Hopefully others will contribute if they find additional Icons of him.

This one seems to be a popularly used image on websites, but I can't find a location that sells it:

Les démons du hasard selon
Le chant du firmament nous mènent
A sons perdus leurs violons
Font danser notre race humaine
Sur la descente à reculons

Destins destins impénétrables
Rois secoués par la folie
Et ces grelottantes étoiles
De fausses femmes dans vos lits
Aux déserts que l'histoire accable

I wanted to update this.  The third Icon posted in Reply #3 can be found/purchased at: http://www.skete.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=435&Category_ID=90  It was hiding under the Custom Icons section.

Here, a beautiful one...

I wholeheartedly agree, Augustin.  Thanks for finding and posting that one. I've shown the image below:
