How do I leave this country and join the great Russian army?

I don't know about the Russian army but I think the Serbian army is (and has been) taking foreign recruits.  I don't have sources on hand, but I think I saw it on the official Yugoslav Army page (at the time it was still Yugoslavia minus those other guys).
