I have seen pictures of St. Kloug the Priest and St. Wadamoun El-Armanty but I can find no biographical information about them.  Does anyone know anything about either or both these? Does anyone know where one might obtain info on these two Coptic saints?  Thanks!

Is there some reason this needs to be in the private forum?

I don't suppose so.  I just wasn't quite sure where to put it.  Someone can move it to the public forum, if he/she sees fit.

I moved it here since it doesn't seem polemical and it would get more responses in the public forum.   Smiley

It seems that neither location has been profitable in helping me gain any information.

That's too bad.  Where did you see the pictures of them?  Maybe they are saints of a different Church, not the Coptic Church?

Here is what I was able to find:

St. Eudaemon, of Armant (El-Armanti)

http://www.copticchurch.net/synaxarium/12_18.html

and a video on the life of St. Kloag (Kloog):

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6669736936235524401#

Hope that helps a little.

God bless,
Fr. Kyrillos

I saw both in the St. Takla gallery of saints as follows:

and

Also, thanks Father Kyrillos for the information and the alternate spellings which may be helpful in locating more info.
