Thank you for your question, sister. As a Muslim, I firmly believe in the importance of wisely selecting a name for one's sons that will be holy in the sight of GOD. Then your son will be blessed in the sight of the Almighty; he will grow up to be a great youth of GOD and GOD will gird him with a mighty sword for the fighting of jihad.

The simplest way of doing so is to name your son after the Prophet, whom GOD praise. Did you know that the Prophet is not just called Muhammad? He goes by many names, one of which is Ahmed. There is an old Arab saying: if you have 1000 sons, name them all Muhammad.

Alternately, it would be judicious to name one's son after one of the great heroes of the recent jihad in the Middle East:

Yassr
Saddam
Oday
Qsay
Osama

and so on.

Other good Muslim names include:

Jafar
Suleyman
Jameel
Selim - means peace. Islam is a religion of peace.

I hope this lesson has been fruitful to you. Have a nice day.

This subforum is named 'Orthodox Family Forum' and is dedicated to the Orthodox parenting. Preaching other faiths here is forbidden. You have already been informed that preaching Islam in Orthodox-oriented only subforas is not allowed so this time you receive a 40-day-long warning. If you feel it is unjust - PM Fr. George or FrChris - Michał Kalina.

Ah, the whisperings of Satan, ever inciting to violence for the bloody "religion of peace."

So, you desire to go where the Saddam boys are now?

It is a religion of peace. Just like the Roman Empire was a nation of peace.

After they have conquered you, the world will be at peace. (straight from the mouth of an Imam)

Why is this evil troll who exhorts us to name our children after the most cruel and evil murderers not being banned?
