A user contacted me and told me that when he receives topic reply notification emails, they are blank. I am not seeing that in the notifications that I receive. Is anyone else having this problem?

Maybe you should add third option: 'I don't use them' or something like that?

No, because I am not concerned with people who choose not to get them; I am concerned in this case with people who have chosen to receive them but are getting malformed emails.
