I enjoy a day off!

Misread the title as "Beard Down?" As in, "wearing your beard down?"

Clearly I should go to bed soon.

Perhaps an updo of one's beard may bring out a man's true inner diva.

There were several men who sported an updo of their beard in beard championships, especially those German men with their German beers and beards. Lots of wax and/or spray was needed. It must have been very uncomfortable sleeping without first washing out all that goop. Their poor wives.

For some updo beards, look at photos 4 and 7 from the left.

Ah, thought it might be that. But this site seems to be slower to load than others or require more data, memory, RAM, or whatever sort of stuff it is that causes stuff to connect and load fast. I figured it was a problem on my end even though I finally got rid of the satellite internet.

But the guys with the beard. One could pass for Orthodox--the one on the left. The other one is the Miller out of the Canterbury Tales, I think. I'd love to hear one of his drunken bawdy tales about lecherous, farting priests and indecent things in the sacristy. This is hilarious for those who know the work. They posted this stuff on the website for class:

Seems to be almost a weekly occurrence with Friday evenings the most likely time for OC. net to go offline.

Me too. Gives us more time to pray and reflect on the passion and crucifixion of our Lord, but then Anastasios and whoever fix that bug also need time to pray.

On the one hand you have trolls. On the other you have fairies who like to play games with the forum and laugh at us as we try to get in, wondering if it is down. Meanwhile the just laugh when we say to ourselves it might be our computer.
