How should I pray for my little godchildren? Is there a set prayer for their growth and protection?

I have a special responsibility for two sweet little children. I hold fast to my promise to God to pray for them. I'd like to pray for them in a more orthodox way. info pls.

May I suggest the prayer of parents for their children and for  relatives and friends located on  page 18 of the AOCNA "Little Red Prayerbook". It is a good starting place.  ALSO godchildren should pray for their godparents as well.
