This morning at 10 am, I was received into the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Orthodox Church.  Both of my sons, my youngest son's wife, my first grandson and my husband were there (first Liturgy experienced by them all).  It was an absolutely beautiful and blessed day!!!  One I will be forever thankful for and will always remember.

I AM HOME.

Blessed be His Name forever and ever and unto ages of ages!

Was it a year and a half of constant inquiry, or did you take a break for a while and come back?

It was a very progressive steady pace.  There was no turning back.  I think everyone's situation is different. . . and other factors also always figure in.  I go to a small mission that is growing - and we only have one priest. . . so he's swamped busy most of the time.  In all relationships - true relationships, there are (at least) two people bringing things that need to be worked out before the fullness can be realized.  That's something that I hope inquirers and catechumen realize. . .if it's slow. . . it may not be about THEM.  It may be because there are other forces at play that need to be worked out for other people.  God uses His timing in wonderful perfect ways.  Smiley
