I wasn't sure if this belonged in convert issues or in faith issues, so it can be moved if needed.

I was reading this (http://www.orthodoxchristianity.net/forum/index.php/topic,24765.135.html) thread and Irish Hermit mentions that the Greek Orthodox Church has a policy of not evangelizing the Anglicans.  I was hoping that he (and/or others) can talk more about this.  Such as, what exactly such a policy entails and why they do not want to evangelize the Anglicans?

part of it has to do with the relationship between the British and Greek royal families, and the historic dependence of Greece on Great Britain as the great power of choice (Russia brought with it the Moscow-Constantinople rivalry).

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
