If you live in or about Jonesboro, Arkansas, you might want to attend the first liturgy of our new parish, St. Matthew the Evangelist (a parish of the GOC), which will happen tomorrow morning, November 21!  A contingent of clergy and laypeople from our various parishes will be there, including the bishop:

I have wondered for a while now when this church would be completed. I trust the parishioners are overjoyed.

I have no idea why I have followed it except that Orthodoxy of any stripe is rare in Arkansas.
