So I'm sitting in my Philosophy of Education class this morning when I get an email from a Recruiter for an absolutely amazing job offer. I would be making more money than I ever have, but would have to drop out of school.
The idea would be that I would work for a year or two to save up enough money to pay off my debt and earn enough money for school.
I'm really emotionally torn about this and don't know what to do.
I told the recruiter to schedule an interview.
I figured I would sit for the interview and "let God's will be done."
So please pray that His will IS done, and that I'm okay with whatever that may be.
Thanks!
In XC,
Maureen

Lord have mercy! I own my current job to the Theotokos. May the Most Holy Virgin Mary, Mother of God, help you too. On the funny side, when I read the thread title, I thought you were requesting prayers for someone named after the Biblical Job.

Lord, have mercy! Do your best on the interview! Knock their socks off! ...then when you are offered the job you will have a decision to make. You can always go back to school....but, good jobs (that seemingly materialize in front of you) are not so easily come by. Maybe the new job is a way out...maybe you can have air conditioning then! Either way...may the Lord's Will be done in this as in all things! Lord, have mercy and may He open all the best doors for you!

Make sure it is a stable and enduring job. You don't want to work just a few months and then be left in the cold.

So the phone interview went well; they want me to come into NYC next week for an in-person interview.
Continued prayers for guidance and direction would be appreciated.
