Probably not the right forum. The Georgians are not Oriental Orthodox...... at least not anymore.

Hi, Gigla, and welcome. I was wondering the other day how we needed some Georgians on this forum.

Gigla is welcome to post here all he wants. The Georgians and Armenians are next door neighbors and we have in common one of the greatest martyrs of the Christian Faith, St. Shushanik: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_ShushanikI don't think anyone venerates her besides the Armenians and Georgians. Gigla, Your videos are beautiful! Welcome to the forum!

Of course I am not suggesting that he/she cannot post here. I just don't think that it's proper for an EO person to introduce themselves in the OO specific forum. And I doubt the OP intended to do that.

In fact, the only Armenian royalty to survive to the present day are the Bagratids, the royal house of Georgia, a cadet branch of one of the Armenian Dynasties.

Gamarjobat Gigla!
I love Georgia. I've read about the Zarzma monastery--many saints and miracles.
I just finished reading a in English about Elder Gabriel of Samtavro. His life was very impressive!
God be with you!

*shrugs* It's certainly nothing offensive. I just wonder if it wouldn't be more helpful to you to get more responses from other Chalcedonians if it was not in the Non-Chalcedonian specific forum.
