One poster seemed upset that we chose Nektarios since he is young.  I'd just like to say that he went through the typical life of a convert--really hyped up, now a bit more reserved, and despite his age he is very smart, and friendly, hence we gave him a shot.  His role is to keep the peace, not make statements of policy Smiley
