The Life and Times of JamesR

Ever wondered what our lovely sometime misogynistic curmudgeon was like before all the ennui, the haircut, the Orthodoxy?

Oh JamesR, how we miss you so!

That's creepy. That's why you shouldn't post too much personal info or your picture on the Internet.  People like that might see it.

My thoughts precisely and question rhetorically.  Granted, I could only take about 15 seconds of it.  Seriously...

Near-nauseatingly creepy love.  And yes, I believe something can be near-nauseating.  Furthermore, I believe the first 15 seconds of that video was it.

if you stop at 15 seconds you miss so many great things to tell your girlfriends/wives!

"I love you more than there are... grains of sand on ever beach... of ever planet... of every galaxy... of the universe.  :)"

"I need you more than humans need water and food to survive...  :)"

"You mean more to me.... .... ....  :) than Home Depot means to Mr. Ladrado  :) " (must be some teacher for woodworking or something)

"You mean more to me... than gold and diamonds... to the greediest burglar...  :-\ "

"Bye baby girl, stay perfect. just for me  ;)"

btw the expressions on his face at the last third of the video are hilarious.... lol

I had to watch it muted, but I just looked at the face and added the dialogue Gunarr provided (in the voice of the Booty Warrior).  Perhaps there is such a thing as creepy.

Given the four people I know who have watched it in the context I placed it and I know well, you can be from 22-40. Rather sane and mentally proficient to extremely mentally challenged.

I was dying thinking this was a once sincere, love-struck JamesR.

Based on your description, I should've loved this.  As it is, I couldn't take more than a minute of it.  Maybe I'm worse than "extremely mentally challenged".

And then you wonder, what happened in the interim? Knowing your fondness for the word, I propose the title: JamesR: The Man, The Journey.

The sad part is that the video is actually a legitimate portrayal of a former me. I did roughly the same thing in 7th grade only to be hated and picked on by everyone. The girl forever ruined my life.
...Or it's just possible he's a mouthy young man on an internet forum.

Don't sweat it. A similar thing happened to me in the 9th grade. The emotional anguish still lingers in the back of my mind to this day, at least to some extent. Granted though, my situation wasn't anywhere near as creepy or just plain awful as the OP.

Just do your best to put it behind you completely, and try not to think about it. ;)
