Brother, whatever you do, do not stop going to confession.

Download this fine and free filter program on your computer and have someone you trust set the password. If you have no one, make up a long, hard-to-remember password like di48sqg4b9w31fdan5d93, write it down on a slip of paper, and put it in a place far away from your computer (like in a safe deposit box, or a friend/family's house, or failing that, at work).

Prayer, frequent confession, the Mass, fasting,prudence in avoiding occasions of temptation, hope and persistence, all these things can set you free from your bondage.

Getting a friend or even better a regular confessor you can be accountable to is a great help as well.
