I must admit that I do not feel very comfortable asking for prayer for myself when I am thankful for what I have been blessed with and especially when there are those that I feel prayer should be directed to rather than myself, but here is my situation.
I am a firefighter and during the last 15 years and in my current position I have to commit 6 months of every year to my job. My committment is that I am gone a lot during those 6 months so over the years I have sacraficed a lot family time due to my job. I am very thankful that I have a job right now but I have applied for a new job within my agency and this particular job would allow me to have the time to go to church than just 6 months a year and I would have a lot more time with my family. If you may, please pray that Gods' will be done in my life regarding this opportunity.
Thank you so much.
Caleb

Caleb, you are so humble! We ALL need prayers! We are instructed to pray for one another!
May the Lord have mercy on you, Caleb, and may it be His will that you be granted this new job which will allow you to nurture your family and church life!
Lord, have mercy!
