Our son-in-law's grandmother Peg, fell Monday breaking her nose and she has blood behind her eye.  She is in the hospital awaiting a decision whether surgery is necessary, possibly as soon as Thursday.  She has fallen a few times in the past 2 weeks but doctors don't know why.  It happens just as she gets a strange feeling in her chest.

Thank you.

Lord, have mercy!

(I wonder if this might be heart related.)

I've been saying that since last week when I first learned about her falls.  But no one listens.

Awhile back I suffered similar episodes.  I'd get a funny feeling and I'd go down like a tree.  Turns out it was a condition called syncope.  It's related to blood pressure.  I had not been taking one of my BP meds at the same time everyday.  I also forgot a few doses here & there.  That caused a flucuation in my BP and also caused me to get several bumps and bruises over a couple of days.

I'd been telling my daughter to tell her to ask her doc if it's syncope.  But what do I know.

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth

Paul's grandmother's surgery went well. She's in recovery. Thank you all for your prayers.
Thank you Jesus!
