What's a saint-in-spe?

The Staretz (Elder) Sampson I know of was a convert to Orthodoxy from Anglicanism. He wrote an excellent Canon of Repentance which you can find, along with his life, on the Orthodox England Web page. I am not aware of an akathist for him. I'm not even aware that there is strong veneration for him as a saint.

I meant that he is not canonised yet although you can buy an akathyst to him in Parish bookstores in Russia. I wondered whether it is on the net.

I'd be interested to know, too. I've found that sometimes one needs to do a Russian language search. One might find only the Slavonic text, but at least it's something.

I don't expect anything more. Church Slavonic would be OK.
