I can't cite you a source, but in the Greek Use, Artoklasia is normally sung during Festal Great Vespers, after the Liti.  Look in the Festal Menaion; they may have it there, or at least, have an indication as to where it goes.  For the Greek, you may have to consult the Great Horologion.

I don't know of any online sources in Greek but you can find several Litia and Artoklasia services here http://www.antiochianladiocese.org/service_texts_patronal_feasts.html in English.

Thanks guys, I found the service in the Liturgikon from Narthex Press. I am typing it right now and it is a lot to type, especially in Greek! It has to be inserted into the Festal Vespers of Prophet Elias. I can't believe this service is not online anywhere. Oh well...If I had my own website for services I would definitely put it up for others to copy, seeing as it will be already typed up.
