This is the icon of the St Severus at the blessed Monastery of St Antony on the Red Sea after the recent restorations there. If memory serves correctly, he stands in the company of Sts. Athanasius, Cyril and Dioscorus. The colours are stunning! May the prayers of the Great Patriarchs be with us all.

I really like old-style Coptic iconography, especially the ones I've seen from St. Anthony's. Neo-Coptic iconography can also be very beautiful, but there is something particularly captivating about the old stuff. I wish it was more widespread.
