Could you please pray that God heal the stiffness in my spine. I've been taking Boswellia the past several weeks, and it does take down a lot of swelling. However, the stiffness still remains, and it is a very difficult problem because it affects my mood and ability to interact with other people.
I work at a job in which I must interact with other people, and feeling like I have a straight jacket on does not help!

Have you tried altering your diet? Removing sugar and processed carbs will also help reduce inflammation
in your joints. It worked for me.

George: As someone who is diagnosed with acute arthritis (DJD), lumbar spinal stenosis, and two herniated discs you have my sympathy. I'm on the duragisic patch which I change every three days, and Oxycondone when the pain gets bad (like today). I will add you to my prayers and ask you do the same for me. I know the pain you are going through believe me. And the operations offered only give less than a 45% chance of helping. To much of a risk to take when one has additional risks because I have diabetes. The injections last about three days if I'm lucky. Hang in there my friend! Orthodoc |
