Joint mobility in spine
« on: May 13, 2010, 08:56:34 PM »
Could you please pray that God heal the stiffness in my spine.  I've been taking Boswellia the past several weeks, and it does take down a lot of swelling.  However, the stiffness still remains, and it is a very difficult problem because it affects my mood and ability to interact with other people.

I work at a job in which I must interact with other people, and feeling like I have a straight jacket on does not help!

Thanks,

George

Lord, have mercy!
Conquer evil men by your gentle kindness, and make zealous men wonder at your goodness. Put the lover of legality to shame by your compassion. With the afflicted be afflicted in mind. Love all men, but keep distant from all men.

George,

Have you tried altering your diet? Removing sugar and processed carbs will also help reduce inflammation
in your joints. It worked for me.

Thanks,

George

George:

As someone who is diagnosed with acute arthritis (DJD), lumbar spinal stenosis, and two herniated discs you have my sympathy.  I'm on the duragisic patch which I change every three days, and Oxycondone when the pain gets bad (like today).  I will add you to my prayers and ask you do the same for me.  I know the pain you are going through believe me.  And the operations offered only give less than a 45% chance of helping. To much of a risk to take when one has additional risks because I have diabetes.  The injections last about three days if I'm lucky.  Hang in there my friend!

And by virtue of thy Cross preserve thy habitation.
