Hey everybody, I want to know about Indian orthodox saints, and how they dealt with Hinduism.

Well the Indian Church has venerated a number of people as saints with Churches consecrated in their name ( ex Mar Sapor and Mar Poroth).  However after the Synod of Diapmer and the connection with the West Syrian church only a few have been canonized.

St Gregorios of Parumala is one, St Baselios Yeldo ( a West Syrian Catholicos), St Dionysius VIth (for the Catholicosal jurisdiction ) .  A few are widely regarded as Saints , but a declaration of canonization has not been done yet ( Mar Kuriakose of Pampady , Fr Anchal etc).

Their interaction with Hinduism is tough to discuss because there is very little to go on.  If you have some specific areas in mind , I would be glad to help as far as possible.
