Does the Orthodox Church have any patron saints of gardening?  I've finally got around to making my dream garden a reality and have a space set aside for an outdoor icon shrine in between the two main beds and am now looking for one to put in there (once I make it, of course).  Any suggestions?

St. Fiacre.  Seventh century, Irish.  The Irish Hermit will be able to supply a hagiography.

St. Ansovinus is listed as the patron saint of gardeners on Wikipedia. He is also listed as a Saint at Orthodox England, sans reference to gardening.

"Ansovinus March 13
+ 840. Born in Camerino in Italy, after living as a hermit at Castel Raimondo near Torcello, he became bishop of his native town. He accepted the office on condition that his see should be exempt from the service of recruiting soldiers, then imposed on most bishops."

Good luck finding an ikon though.

Wikipedia (I know, I know) also states that St. Christopher is a patron of gardeners.

I've always thought the Creation of Plants/Flora would also be nice to include in a garden setting:

Thank you all for your input.  For some reason, St. Fiacre, who I knew about, totally slipped my mind.  Of course, procuring a non-commissioned icon of him is proving difficult.

I really like the idea of the Creation icon, though.  Thanks, android, for the suggestion!

Off the top of my head, there's also St Phocas the Gardener. Give me a little time, and I might be able to come up with more.
