I've been taking the herb Boswellia for a little over a month.  I'm taking it as an anti-inflammatory to reduce the pain in my spine.  Surprisingly, it seemed to work for several days, and I was able to talk with friends at church without feeling in excruciating pain.  However, today I had considerable pain.  I'm hoping that, in the long run, the Boswellia does good for me.  It has excellent ratings for easing arthritic pains.  Boswellia, for those interested, is from the tree sap of the frankincense tree. 

So, if you could pray for me, I would greatly appreciate it.
