Please pray for the souls of this Kentucky Mennonite family, who were killed early yesterday morning on their way to a wedding after an oncoming truck hit them. Among the dead are a father and mother, several of their children, including a daughter-in-law, two grandchildren and the fiance of one of their daughters. A family friend was also killed. In total, 10 people died tragically, and two little boys (age 3 and 5), grandsons, survived. The entire close-knit community is in terrible shock and they need prayers too.

May their memories be eternal.  May their souls dwell with the blessed.  Lord, have mercy.

He spoke it as kindly and heartily as could be; as if a man dashed a gallon of cold water in your broth and never doubted you'd like it all the better.

Lord have Mercy on those who perished, their families, friends and loved ones.
