I just noticed that today is the birthday of our illustrious Forum Admin, Fr. Chris. I guess that technically, it's not proper to celebrate birthdays during Lent, but I don't know that for certain, so here goes. Many years to the priest Christopher!

I feel bad. I did not know it was Father Chris's birthday, and I saw him tonight at Vespers. Well, anyway, Happy Birthday Father Chris! May Our Lord grant you many more blessed years. We are all better because of your presence on this earth! Selam

I feel bad. I did not know it was Father Chris's birthday, and I saw him tonight at Vespers. Please don't think anything of it! It was a great day: Orthros and Liturgy for the Saturday of the Souls, followed by coffee and koulourakia; then checking in with a parish shut in, and then Great Vespers! A very good day indeed!
