The Call Of The Orthodox Youth Today
by Fr. George Dragas
at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church in East Brunswick, NJ (http://www.saint-mary.net/)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOEF_aGdf58

Fr. George Dragas is the Professor of Patristics at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology and arguably the greatest scholar on a Saint very dear to us, St. Athanasius the Apostolic.

Of course Fr. George is not OO, but I posted this because its an incredible lecture and particularly in the Q&A Fr. George has some important things to say about the relationship between the OO & EO.  The video is about 1.5 hrs long.

Here is a sermon by Fr. Peter on the words "Ask and it shall be given."

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-egSntcdFlE&feature=plcp

Among other things, he brings up the "Name It and Claim It" movement, which has become quite popular today.  This is a good response to that movement.

Starting at about five minutes into this video, Fr. Daniel Findikyan lectures on the diversity of practices and customs between the various Oriental Orthodox Churches.

Thanks for sharing this. Somehow I missed it when it first came out.

If you pay attention to what he's saying at 3:10, five seconds later, as he's talking about light and brightness, the sun breaks through the clouds and comes pouring through the altar windows.  Pretty cool, God!

There is a lecture by Fr. Peter on "the references to Christ outside of the New Testament from the earliest times."  The lecture is called "Evidence for Jesus."

Podcast about Prayer:

http://orthodoxfaith.podbean.com/2013/07/03/beginning-with-prayer/

Quote
In this audio lecture from the Discovering Orthodoxy catchesis, Father Peter Farrington considers the differences between the texts of our prayers, and actually doing prayer and becoming prayers ourselves. The Fathers of the Church give us some instruction on having an aim for our spirituality.

Not to be a wet blanket, but St. Mark's in DC, which is featured prominently on the "Orthodox Sermons" Youtube channel linked above, has recently been the subject of some controversy regarding its practices and theology. I am not taking sides in any argument, but it has been brought to my attention that HH Pope Tawadros II has sent a committee to visit the DC-area churches to investigate complaints against them. The recommendations of the committee and HH's decision have not been made public, but the fact that this step has been taken is no doubt a serious matter.

"The Transfiguration of God and Man" by Fr. Moses Samaan, a priest serving in the Diocese of Southern California.  Here, he offers a sermon on the goal of salvation in mankind, i.e. theosis, as typified in the Transfiguration of Christ on Mt. Tabor

Good for you, GODlovesme.  I recommend you let H.G. Anba Serapion know.
Worship is theology, so a church which brings Evangelical and Charismatic "praise & worship" into its corporate life is no longer Orthodox.  It is, by definition, heterodox.  Those "Orthodox" leaders who make theological arguments for the incorporation of heteropraxis into the life of the Church are heretics.

The Sermon of the Feast of the Resurrection by our parish priest Fr. Abraham Wassef.  I think this is a nice sermon to listen to when you get the time.  It's a bit lengthy, probably about 25-30 min.
