This goes onto the category--Everything you wanted to know about Orthodoxy but was afraid to ask. (A subboard suggestion, BTW).
Some icons in my church have a small relic which I understand is the property of the saint him/her self. It is usually at the bottom of the icon enclosed in a small circular case.
When I venerate the icon (on the hand or feet), do I also kiss the relic?
Thanks.

We have a number of these icon reliquaries in our parish church and it is my custom, and that of most any other parishoner I have seen venerate one of these images, to just kiss the relic.

We typically venerate both the relic and the icon at my parish. I would "monkey see, monkey do" if in doubt.

If you do it wrong, the veneration police are going to revoke your baptism.

My sister was threatened to be signed out of the Orthodoxy by some zealous men because she had no headscarf on the pilgrimage.

Even if it does move, kiss it! lol If a relic ever moves, get your priest right away. You'll have a big service--and then you can kiss it.

Most of us shake hands during the kiss of peace, but our immigrant friends often are a lot more affectionate.
