I'm sure it varies between the different Churches. 

For the Armenian Church, you can click daily on the website of Holy Etchmiadzin:

http://www.etchmiadzin.com/

I don't know where there is an online list of the readings for Lent though.  I'll post it if I find it.

OK, I found this for our EOTC:

Just click on the day of the week on the left, and the Scripture readings for that day will appear. Although, I still need a list that I can print out and carry with me. If anyone knows where to find it, please let us know.
