Parishioner in serious accident
« on: January 21, 2010, 04:38:54 PM »
Please pray for Michael, who was involved in a 4-vehicle accident yesterday.  He is in serious condition, but stable.  He's one of our most consistent volunteers here at the Church.
"There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there always has been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that “my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge."" Lord, have mercy on Your servant Michael. Give him comfort and strength, and forgive him any sins he may have committed in thought, word, or deed.

Lord have mercy on the work of Your Hands.
