"Byzantine" Chant: What is it actually called?

"Byzantine" is an outsider's term, coined by Western academics.  So what do the Orthodox call this chant style themselves?  Roman chant?

Byzantine chant...  At least that's what I've always called it. ;)

Ecclesiastical Music is one term.
