Grace and Peace be to you all,
Our Baby Boy has turned down and Doctor's say that he will be born soon but he looks thin in the Ultrasound. I ask for prayers for me and my family as well draw near to this day and I also ask mercy for God for my sinfulness and ask Him to spare my child any suffering that might be brought on by my own sinfulness.
Feel a little sad today. Worried a bit for my wife and daughter and Aidan, our little baby boy not yet in this world.

Lord have mercy! A little thin, perhaps will make labor easier.

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more. A hasty quarrel kindles fire, and urgent strife sheds blood. If you blow on a spark, it will glow; if you spit on it, it will be put out; and both come out of your mouth

Excellence of character, then, is a state concerned with choice, lying in a mean relative to us, this being determined by reason and in the way in which the man of practical wisdom would determine it. Now it is a mean between two vices, that which depends on excess and that which depends on defect.

God be with you and your wife, and your unborn son. I am working at the moment on medieval women's prayers to Saint Margaret (who was believed to have a special care for pregnancy and childbirth). I shall think of you while I work!

Tomorrow my wife and baby boy will be coming home. Because of H1N1 my daughter Aerin has yet to actually meet her little brother. The Hospital will not allow any children 18 or younger in the infant wing in order to protect them from H1N1 and we completely understand but my daughter really is disappointed. So I am thrilled they will be coming home tomorrow!
